The problem
Storm preparation spans roles, reporting windows, and handoffs. A checklist has to connect the required work with an owner, a timeframe, and a record of completion.
The approach
Automated_Checklists explores event-based scheduling, versioned templates, personal assignments, and coordinator oversight. Durable responses and audit exports support a clearer account of who did what and when.
Roles and assignments
Connect scheduled work to responsible people and alternates.
Versioned templates
Keep checklist content and response history traceable.
Drafts and submissions
Support saved work, final reports, and amendments.
Audit and oversight
Track progress and export event records.
Current scope
A PWA proof of concept with a hosted demo. Hosted validation is ongoing. Email and SMS are simulated previews; Microsoft 365 integration remains a planned direction.
