The problem
During an outage event, dispatch decisions depend on more than the next incident in a queue. Crew availability, critical facilities, geography, and changing conditions all matter.
The approach
AIDA brings that context into an operations workspace. Synthetic scenarios let the project explore incident prioritization, crew assignment options, and advisory explanations before connecting to real utility systems.
Operations map
Explore incident and crew context geographically.
Explainable recommendations
Compare assignment options and the reasons behind them.
Decision history
Keep a record of recommendation actions and decisions.
Synthetic scenarios
Exercise storm, crew-shortage, and critical-facility conditions.
Current scope
A proof of concept using synthetic utility data. Recommendations are advisory; operational decisions remain with people.
