An operating picture includes the people reporting for duty. Storm Attendance Tracker adds that workforce view to the portfolio.
A roster and attendance answer different questions
A roster identifies employees and their organizational context. Attendance asks who has checked in for storm restoration duty. Keeping that distinction visible helps coordinators interpret a headcount instead of assuming that everyone on a list is present.
The hosted app provides an employee lookup screen for check-in and check-out. Search can focus on a name or employee ID, or use other fields such as division, role, location, and storm assignment.
Connect individual actions to a shared overview
The administrative dashboard presents total employees, checked-in count, and check-in rate. Division and role filters help narrow the employee status view. Last activity and hours-today fields provide additional context, alongside a recent-activity section and an export control.
CSV and Excel roster import controls, together with a downloadable CSV template, give the workflow an entry point for employee information.
Knowing what work is assigned and knowing who has reported for duty are related parts of coordination.
One more part of the operating picture
OpenEMBER, AIDA, and Automated Checklists explore regional context, dispatch decisions, and accountable preparation work. Storm Attendance Tracker adds a focused attendance workflow beside those projects. Each application addresses a different question; together, the portfolio explores the information people need during utility storm response.
